FULFILLMENT TIMELINE

All orders undergo a dedicated quality check before being prepared for dispatch.

  • Standard Fulfillment: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • Peak Periods: During new collection drops or holiday seasons, fulfillment may take up to 3 business days.

  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.


SHIPPING METHODS & SPEED

We partner with premium carriers to provide reliable delivery across Canada and internationally.

Domestic (Standard):

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days.

  • Cost: Flat rate calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $150.

Domestic (Express):

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days.

  • Cost: Calculated based on destination.

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (varies by country).

  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected at the time of delivery by the local customs office.


TRANSPARENT TRACKING

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email. This will include a unique tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.


DELIVERY ISSUES & PROTECTION

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your package is delayed or arrives damaged, please contact our concierge team immediately.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. METARA is not responsible for deliveries to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Lost Packages: In the rare event that a package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.

  • Damaged Goods: If your essentials arrive damaged, please provide photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery to support@metara.com.
