Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to customers in Canada and the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
4.2 Shipping Methods:
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over 20, where applicable.
4.3 Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method, destination, and the weight of the items purchased. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees unless stated otherwise (e.g., during free shipping promotions).
4.4 Processing Times:
Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
4.5 Delivery Times:
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on your chosen shipping method. While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues).
4.6 Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
4.7 Shipping Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
4.8 Delivery Issues:
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. If the issue persists, contact our customer support team at sales@metara.ca days of the delivery date.
4.9 Customs and Duties:
For shipments to the United States or Canada, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges may be applied upon delivery and are non-refundable.
4.10 Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay applicable duties, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
