Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Return:

Refunds

    • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@metara.ca with proof of the defect or damage.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
